QBWC1040: Web Connector did not provide a valid username and/or password

Issue: Incorrect Password or No Password Set

This issue typically arises when the password is either incorrect or has not been set.

What You Can Do:

  1. Reset Your Password: If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the password recovery steps for your application.

  2. Contact Support: If you are unable to reset your password or continue experiencing issues, contact the support team of the application. They can assist you further with password recovery or resetting it.

  3. Set the New Password in Web Connector: Once you've obtained or reset your password, make sure to update it in your Web Connector or relevant system to ensure proper connectivity and access.
