Late fees must be added as a line item and a product and service. 

The price will display correctly, but due to restrictions in Intuit API, it will not allow the line item to come over automatically.

Can be added manually as a line item on QuickBooks or Chargezoom.

Steps to add Late Fee on Chargezoom:
1 - Create Products and Service if not one already by going to the products and services tab
2-  Go to the invoices tab
3-  Create Invoice - Add in the Late Fee Product and Service
