Gateway Credentials Cardpointe

1. The merchant will need to send an email to cardpointesupport@cardconnect.com requesting for their "REST Credentials"

2. Cardpointe will request for the merchants DBA(Doing Business As) for verification

3. They will provide the Username, Password, Gateway Merchant ID, and Site Variable(The default)
